All services are provided on a consultative basis. Ember Realtors does not guarantee specific transaction outcomes or property valuations.

Consultation Services: Consultation fees are non-refundable once services have commenced. However, if you are unsatisfied within 7 days of initial service delivery, you may request a review by our advisory team.
Property-Related Services: Fees associated with property valuations, market analysis, and transaction advisory are contingent upon service completion. Partial refunds may be issued if services are terminated mid-engagement at Ember Realtors' discretion.
Success-Based Fees: Any fees structured as transaction-contingent are refundable only if the transaction fails to close due to Ember Realtors' negligence.
Exceptions: Refund eligibility may vary based on engagement agreements and service contracts signed at the time of engagement. All refund requests must be submitted in writing to operations@emberrealtors.com within 14 days of the disputed charge.
Disclaimer of Warranties: Ember Realtors provides advisory services on an "as-is" basis. We make no warranties, express or implied, regarding transaction outcomes, property valuations, market forecasts, or financial performance.
No Guarantee of Results: Past performance or successful transactions do not guarantee future results. Real estate markets are subject to volatility, and property values may fluctuate significantly.
Limitation of Damages: In no event shall Ember Realtors be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from the use of our services, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.
Maximum Liability: Our total liability for any claims shall not exceed the total fees paid to Ember Realtors in the preceding 12 months.
Third-Party Liability: Ember Realtors is not responsible for actions or omissions of third parties, including but not limited to lenders, inspectors, appraisers, title companies, or opposing counsel.
Force Majeure: Ember Realtors shall not be liable for delays or failures in service due to circumstances beyond reasonable control, including market conditions, regulatory changes, or acts of God.
User Responsibilities: You agree to provide accurate information and comply with all applicable laws and regulations.
